Over the years, we have developed an effective cleaning method.  Because we are locally owned and operated you can depend on our responsiveness, accountability, and personal attention.  When we clean for you, you will get the perfect combination of professional quality and personal attention.We offer weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly cleaning visits.

We are very thorough, and one of the main reasons that our method of cleaning is so special is that we use checklists each time we visit your establish to clean.  Each checklist, for each particular cleaning adventure, lays out exactly what we will do on each visit, so you will know what to expect. We will be glad to customize priority requests that YOU feel need extra attention.

We have gone to every extreme to ensure that you can trust our cleaning teams as well as receive the quality job you expect. Every employee is screened thoroughly prior to hiring. We provide bonding, liability, and worker's compensation insurance. Each person shadow-trains with a supervisor/trainer, and quizzed before becoming Diverisified Cleaning Certified.  Diversified Cleaning Services implements a zero tolerance policy for theft, drugs, and alcohol. Any person accused of any of these would be terminated immediately.

Our staff is outfitted with black pants and our signature Diversified Cleaning Services shirt. You will feel comfortable when our service providers arrive. Each staff member has had extensive orientation and training prior to servicing your establishment.

You need never worry that your service provider is unable to work due to illness, vacation, etc. We always have an employee willing and able to take care of your cleaning needs.

The people who will clean for you are Diversified Cleaning Services employees, you don't have to worry about payroll taxes or worker compensation issues.

You will never be under a contract that commits you to a certain number of cleanings. Just give us a 2 business day notice to cancel or change your service.
