Do you guarantee your work?  We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee.  If you contact us with your concerns withing 24 hours of our cleaning we will return at our expense to correct any problems.

Do we have to be home when you clean?  No, you do not have to be home.  In fact the majority of our clients provide us with keys to their homes.  However if you choose to be home while we clean we welcome you to do so.  We understand that you may prefer to get to know us prior to allowing us to work on our own.  We cannot however assume liability for inury to anyone in the home other than our own employees, therefore we ask that you stay out of our working area and off of wet floors.If you reside in an apartment, you can sign a key release form at your apartment's management office. Alarm systems should be left off on the days schedule for cleaning.

How is access to my home arranged? Each client key is secured in a locked key storage device to which only Diversified Cleaning Services management have access. The key is issued to your team manager on the morning of your cleaning and checked back in the same day once your cleaning assignment is completed. If for any reason your key is lost, we are insured for key replacement and rekeying your locks.

Why do you furnish all of the equipment and supplies?  We provide the equipment and supplies for several reasons: (1) So that all personnel are trained in the use of each chemical and piece of equipment. Knowing what we are working with allows us to provide quality results on a consistant basis.(2) To free you, the customer from having to keep track of what needs to be replaced, repaired or washed.(3) We have proper MSDS datat sheets for our safety.

How many people come to clean my home? Depending on the home and your needs, we work individually, or no more than 2 in a team.Our goal is to have the same team clean your home every time.

Are you bonded and insured?  Yes, we are insured for your protection and peace of mind.  Our certificates are also available directly form our insurance company upon request.

How do I pay for your services? Payment is due at the time of service.  You may pay by personal check, company check, or cash.  Please make checks payable to Diversified Cleaning Services.  We do enjoying making our customers happy, we do invoice most of our commercial customers only.

What about tipping? We leave that up to you. Tips are not expected, but they are always, appreciated!

How do I leave special instructions for my team? Please contact the team manager, phone our office, or email us.We request for you to not leave notes out for our team members.

What happens if I need to change the cleaning schedule? No problem, please give us a call and we will accomodate your request.

At what time will the team be at my home? Our cleaning schedule is Monday through Friday, 8am to 7pm. While in most cases it is impossible to give a specific time to be at your home, we will make every effort to meet your needs. Saturday cleanings are available by appointment only.
