JOB DESCRIPTION FOR JANITOR AND HOUSEKEEPING CLEANER

Perform any combination of light cleaning duties to maintain private households or commercial establishment, such as hotels, restaurants, apartments, and hospitals, in a clean and orderly manner. Duties include making beds, replenishing linens, cleaning rooms and halls, dusting, vacuuming, and etc.

KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS FOR JANITOR AND HOUSEKEEPING CLEANER

Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services. This includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction.

ABILITY REQUIREMENTS FOR JANITOR AND HOUSEKEEPING CLEANER

The ability to use your abdominal and lower back muscles to support part of the body repeatedly or continuously over time without 'giving out' or fatiguing. The ability to make fast, simple, repeated movements of the fingers, hands, and wrists. Using hands and arms in handling, installing, positioning,moving materials,and manipulating things.

Performing physical activities that require considerable use of your arms and legs and moving your whole body, such as lifting, balancing, climbing, walking, stooping, and handling of materials.

Using either control mechanisms or direct physical activity to operate machines. Inspecting equipment, structures, or materials to identify the cause of errors or other problems or defects. 

$7.25-$9.00 hourly/30 day probation period.Applicant should have reliable transportation, and able to travel to various areas occasionally.
